LejeScanner

Terms of Service

These terms apply to use of LejeScanner, subscriptions, payment and access to rental data.

Last updated: 11. maj 2026

Contracting party and service

These terms apply to use of LejeScanner. LejeScanner is a digital rental platform that collects, structures and displays rental information and may link users to original listings.

LejeScanner is not a landlord, real estate agent or party to agreements between users and landlords. Rental agreements are entered into directly between the user and the relevant landlord or source.

Account and age

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and purchase access. You are responsible for keeping account information correct and your password confidential.

LejeScanner may close or restrict an account in case of misuse, fraud, security risk, attempts to bypass access controls or other material breach of these terms.

Rental data and original listings

Rental data may come from external sources, publicly available pages, partners or direct submissions. We try to keep information updated but cannot guarantee that listings, prices, images, addresses or availability are always complete or current.

When you have active access, LejeScanner may show or link you to the original listing at the source. Contact, viewing, agreement and payment to landlords happen outside LejeScanner unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Subscriptions and prices

LejeScanner offers a 72-hour introductory package for 24 DKK. If not cancelled before the 72 hours expire, the subscription automatically continues as 28-day access for 329 DKK.

The 28-day package costs 329 DKK and renews automatically for new 28-day periods until cancelled.

All prices are stated in Danish kroner. VAT, taxes or payment fees are shown in checkout where relevant.

Automatic renewal and clear information

For the 72-hour access, we separately inform you that the subscription continues automatically to 28-day access for 329 DKK unless cancelled before the introductory period expires.

Automatic renewal only occurs as described in checkout and in these terms. You can cancel from your profile or the billing portal.

Payment and Stripe

Stripe handles charges, payment cards, billing address, invoices and receipts. LejeScanner does not store card details.

If a payment fails, access may be limited or paused until payment is completed.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription from your user profile or the Stripe billing portal. Cancellation turns off automatic renewal.

You normally keep access until the end of the already paid period. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund already paid periods unless required by applicable law.

Right of withdrawal

As a consumer, you generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases. If you expressly request that the digital service starts immediately, you may be charged for the part already delivered if you withdraw.

To withdraw, send a clear message to support@LejeScanner.dk. We will confirm receipt and handle any refund according to applicable rules.

Reporting fraud or errors

If you experience a suspicious listing, incorrect information or possible fraud, you can report the listing through the platform or contact support@LejeScanner.dk.

We may remove or hide listings, sources or users if we assess a risk of fraud, error, unlawful content or harm to users.

Limitation of liability

LejeScanner provides a digital search and information platform. We do not guarantee that you will find a rental, receive a landlord response or enter into a rental agreement.

LejeScanner is not liable for losses caused by external listings, landlords, third-party sites, the user's own actions or matters outside our reasonable control, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

Changes to the service and terms

We may improve and change the service over time. Material changes to terms or subscriptions will be communicated clearly and within reasonable time when required.

If a change requires your consent under applicable law, it will only apply to you once accepted.

Governing law and complaints

These terms are governed by Danish law unless mandatory consumer protection rules give you better rights.

Contact support@LejeScanner.dk if you wish to complain. You may also complain through relevant public complaint bodies, including the Danish Complaint Boards Authority where applicable.

This is a practical legal draft for LejeScanner. It should be reviewed by Danish legal counsel before public launch, especially once company details, cookie banner and production providers are finalised.
